TECHNICAL PROPERTIES

1. 4”,5”, 6”, 7”, 8”, 10”,12”,14”,16” or 100 mm, 150 mm, 200 mm, 250 mm,
300 mm, 350 mm, 400 mm, tubeless, collapsible precision rewinder for baler twines.
2. Number of positions; Min: 1, Max: 30
3. Each position has individual meter counter.
4. Maximum speed is 300 m/min. (Working speed depends on work conditions and yarn futures)
5. Individual yarn break sensors for each position.
6. Winding with shuttle. (with a mechanical thread guide)
7. Each position’s yarn length can be entered as meter
by individual meter counter from touch screen control panel.
8. Machine can process yarn counts from 3000 Denier to 50.000 Denier.
9. Machine is suitable for winding all types of baler twines and
agricultural yarns which was not elastic.
